We offer a complementary professional home staging consultation for all of our listings.   Home staging is more than just straightening up.  It does involve cleaning and removing clutter, but also arranging furniture, pictures, and accessories to emphasize your home's beauty.  And don't discount the value of a professional "second set of eyes" who can tell you just what will go through a potential buyer's mind when visualizing your property as their future home.  We'll show you some before-and-after shots when we meet so you can better understand the value this service offers.

We will also provide complementary professional photography of the interior and exterior of your home.  We'll use those images in our marketing campaign.  Like staging, the f​irst visual impressions of a home for sale - often online - is essential to driving and maintaining interest.  Nothing captures interest like great photos.  As the Washington Post (April 2016) has said:  ". . . homes with photos taken using a professional camera typically fetch more money and sell faster."  Bad amateur photos (or worse, no photos) will sometimes turn buyers away faster than a high price!  We'll show you some examples of our photographer's past work, including use of high-dynamic-range techniques that really show off your home in its best light.

​We also create complementary professional video tours for all of our listings.  Still photos are essential, but a well executed video is more realistic, more appealing, and can evoke emotions that still photography can't match.  By demonstrating the relationship among the various spaces and rooms in your home it can give a buyer a better sense of your home's layout.
